Realms Onyxia race change within own faction and character recustomization

Would be cool to have these two features available to be bought with points or coins on Onyxia realm

-Race change withing the characters own faction (no faction change)
-Character recustomization

While I might not agree, I understand the "faction balance" reason for not offering faction changes on the shop.

However, that doesn't apply to the above suggestion, and I can't see a good reason for not offering it.

i dont think they dont or wont add the service, it'll be added soon or later. they might just focus on other things that are more convenient than that for now.
