l have a big problem about my stolen account.
l tried to buy coins from a player whos name is Botmage.
l gave to him my ac**** and password.

he changed my password and mail adress. l have too many donate chars on there.
can we do anything about this.
botmage ip adress is :46.10.148.30

please help me for this problem.
l create this account and chars since 14-15 years. l am old player from molten.wow

Contact the email I mentioned above.

If you have access to the original email you should be able to get your account back by having a GM reset it to it's original email.

But anything done to your account (e.g. shenanigans with your characters like stolen gold, sold gear, etc etc) will probably not be fixed. If they even help you at all and not just ban you for participating in RMT.

real question here is, how do you play online games for 15 years and just give your acc info to someone? Sounds fishy

You openly tried to purchase coins from a player rather than the actual server, gave them your login credentials, and want the GM's to help you out? If they do, I would consider yourself lucky...I've gotten people banned just for spamming they were trying to buy coins or selling coins...I would ban the accounts personally. In the future, if you want coins, buy them from the website....not from some level 19 scammer spamming in every chat channel lol

thank you dear Gm's for your help. l got my account now and l saw that. scammer changed my some chars names. l have point to fix it but l cant. l saw that warning " your ip has been terminated due to Scamming". l cant do any action on website. it is for forever or only for some time ?

Most likely your IP recently changed and landed on one that was already banned. You'll need to change your IP again.
