so we was in a dungeon and i was a hunter and i got a polearm drop which i hadnt learned to use yet and the person knew that and rolled disenchant while i could only roll need and even after explaining to them the issue they said to bad and kept it would that be considered ninja looting? i assume no?

nope, u have nothing to worry about polearm upgrade as hunter, disenchant is a roll out of a greed and if the guy won the roll then its fair and square.

but since u lost the roll while having polearm unlearned, then its unfortunate. u could ask the winner for the polearm, if he didnt give it to u, its him being greedy and douchey but not ninja, cz its not his fault u havent learned the skill on that run.
