WotLK Character transfers

Hello, I have an issue with old character transfers from frostmourne s3 to icecrown. I have started transfers a couple days ago, but they are still "setting up" when I check this on main page of profile. So did I lost my characters? If so why I still can see them in barracks? Characters are 80 lvl so as I understood they shouldn't be removed after low level chars wipe.

Is the FM S3 character marked active in barracks (Icecrown), if not, make it active.

thanks for advice, but for now I dont see anything in barracks, because my old characters from FM are still stuck and not transferred into Icecrown, so now barracks says that no characters found.

So can someone help me? Or where can I just contact with official warmane staff about this problem?

I had this same issue of transfers being stuck on 'setting up' and spoke to a member of staff about it today. Apparently it's being looked at so just wait a bit longer and hopefully the transfers will eventually go through.

Yeees, one week later, character transfers are still "setting up", 0 info from staff about what happened with characters. Nice job, thank you

I got a response from the staff regarding this issue, I'll post it here in case it helps anyone else, hope that's ok!

Unfortunately, transfers from Frostmourne season III have been discontinued when the latest inactivity cleanup occurred,

The option to transfer a character wasn't fully disabled within the website when this occured thus for 48 hours after them being disabled, they still incorrectly showed as available.

Generally, transfers are only available for a year after a season ends. Characters that aren't transferred into Icecrown in a timely fashion are simply removed.
