The account I haven't played on for 3 years, has been banned for no reason.
The account I haven't played on for 3 years, has been "terminated due to Server Disrespect".
I would create a ticket for ban appeal, but I am unable to do so because:
"You are no longer allowed to create support tickets.
The support system is unavailable for this account".
Note: I haven't given my account to anyone in the span of those 3 years that I haven't played the game.
Anyone has any idea what I can do?
Thanks.

Nothing. Your option to appeal a ban is with Support, which that account can't do anymore.
While you claim you weren't playing the account, and it might even be true, you are still responsible for whatever happens to the account. The point that the account was used to break our rules to the extent it got terminated (and that isn't something that happens lightly) doesn't go away, nor the fact that keeping the account safe with a strong password and other security measures is your responsibility.
