Technical IP Ban

I started playing again a month ago after years of not playing on lordaeron because i saw a progressive realm onyxia and wanted to play and until recently i saw that i was IP baned for some reason on my profile for a year and 4 days and its been saying that for over 10 days now and i dont really know why i got baned because i wasnt playing for years and coming back to seeing a ban i don't know where to write a ban appeal so im writing it here also because i cannot login on my alt account for some reason just now that im leveling
