WotLK My characters has gone

Hi After couple of months I relogged in with this account but my characters don't exist anymore. Is there any chance to retrieve it? Or it is lost for ever? _ I relogged in last time at least under a year ago. _ The chars was into icecrown realm. _ No one had access to the account because I always played alone at home. Please help me. I am waiting for your response.

If you actually want up to date info:

Frostmourne transfers are closed. What was left behind is now gone.

If they were below level 50, they were most likely deleted on inactivity cleanup. No restoration available.
If they were above level 50, and you don't have characters listed when you login, the chances are they were deleted by somebody who had access to your account. Either this was a "friend" or some random whom found out your login info. You can look for suspicious activity here: https://www.warmane.com/account/history.
There's a chance you may be able to recover one character for free via https://www.warmane.com/account/services by selecting realm -> Currency: Free -> Character Restoration. This has to be done within 3 days from character deletion. So if you were gone longer than that, it's not usable in this case.
Further Character Restorations requires Coins. This restoration is only available for 30 days from character deletion.

I have the same problem, I logged back now but for 8/9 years. so I'll put my heart at rest and start again^^ I don't even try to ask. thx
