Show enemy players' buff

Hi folks, I'm looking for an addon to show not only the debuffs but the buffs(Power Word: Shield, Ice Barrier, etc.,) and its remaining time below the unit frame of enemy players, just like the screenshot shows.
Any clue would be appreciated.

Roll a mage and cast Detect Magic

There is no addon, this is part of vanilla.
The only way to see enemy debuffs is through a mage spell called detect magic, this ofcourse is an interaction that gets removed in TBC.
