onyxia pickpocket drop rates???

i've been pickpocketing the southsea npcs south of ratchet for two days now and still have not gotten buccaneer's matchbox, which has at least a 1 in 2 pickpocket chance according to wowhead. are drop rates nerfed? is there something i'm missing here?

yes, nerfed "due to abuse" because it was generating too much gold. Especially BRD pickpocketing
