Hi! I am trying to complete the oracles reputation to exalted, but I can't proceed with the quests in Rainspeaker Canopy, because I can't summon the quest giver npc, and High-Oracle Soo-Say can't give me the summoner item. Is it a bug? Please, help meg finish the questchain.
