WSG terrain bugged?

Were you always able to hug the wall next to cemetery and attack anyone through terrain? Today was the first time i saw someone doing this. 3 players camped the GV and were able to cast at full range, ignoring the hill in front of them and they were also attackable.

Hills aren't taken into account for line-of-sight checks, for some reason. That's the way it was in retail.

This is more like a cliff and if you stay a few yards away you wont be able to attack due to los, but if you hug it, you will be able to kill people that are way behind the graveyard
