WotLK Error in chat Filters

In the chat option Filters > Settings > Global Channels, with only 1 character all the options are blocked and don't allow me to change the checkboxes values

When this happens to me the only solution is to wait a while... Keep playing the character, move between zones, die, etc. and eventually it will fix itself.

Also have you try to /join global ?

Have same problem when elvui is enabled. When I disable it, I can access channels.
