WotLK Items missing(Buy from warmane store)

My character Garonasroar from Realm Onyxia has just buy some items form our website store,using 75coins 4 items.But when i receive it from my character's mail,im quick click so that one of them is missing. I check it twice on my bag,im sure about that one-hand axe is missing.Could u help me to remail it ,thx alot!
