Site Donation takes a lot of time

Hey, so recently i have decided to donate to the server, and today i have filled the form and everything, and it has been stuck on `Your transaction is being processed` for like 30 minutes already,
any idea why?

Paymentwall things. They might require you to provide them a photocopy of your id to let the payment go through.
