WotLK Item Misbuy- Unable to refund item

Wrathful Gladiator's Armwraps of Triumph

i accidently bought the item with my honor points, i didnt enchant the item or modify it in anyway, but everytime i go to return it to buy what i originally wanted, it says
"Sorry, unable to refund this item"
despite being under the 2hour timer for refunding.

Can someone please help me with this, as i already have the item i accidentally purchased.

You have to take out the copy you have in the bank and try to refund that one or something like that.

I recall people saying something about storing it in the bank and taking out, then being able to refund, I think.
