Lordaeron I'm missing characters

I have both icecrown and Lordaeron accounts missing, my login is LordPizza, one of the characters was Alyansusa. I also noticed that 2 characters are displayed when selecting icecrown server, but in fact I can't select them. Help restore the characters, I farmed a lot :(

1. Level1-50 inactive characters might have been deleted as per inactivity cleanup. No restore.
2. The "(2)" in realm list in-game shows it based on your local files. It may show wrong numbers if character(s) are deleted from other PC/during inactivity cleanup.
3. Manually deleted characters have up to 30 days time period to be restored using coins. 1 restoration can be done for free, within 72 hours of character deletion (once per week per ACCOUNT [NOT PER CHARACTER]).
4. No further help can be provided regarding character restorations. What happens with your account is your responsibility, even if you share your account with "friends". Account security is also up to you.

And ofc, make sure you actually logged right account.
