Site Donation payment not going through

So, when i go to buy 10eur worth of coins, via the first method (Credit Cards),

i input all of my payment details successfully - i click on pay - the following window appears:

Your payment is pending 3D Secure Check...…
Authentication is needed
To complete your payment please proceed to the 3D Secure step on your bank page

i click on the proceed to bank button,

a https://ipsp.lv/secure/b1/en/three_d...DXmPqh97j_Qr9Q window pops up saying my payment is being verified,

finally it closes and the final stage is "We were unable to authorize your card.", back on the payment details page. no authentication pops up on my phone from my banking app.

what do?

First step, contact the card account directly (VISA,Mastercard,bank) and make sure they don't have it flagged as a suspicious transaction, that works for me. If that doesn't work, I'm really not sure what to tell you. You could buy a different form of donation method and see if that works, if you do make sure it's at a reputable business (the actual store) and one you would use IF, by some odd luck, that isn't accepted either.
