HP/Mana Regen feels higher?

Hello.
I have a question for you guys do you also feel like hp/mana regen values are higher than in vanilla WoW? I was playing wow 10+ years ago and idk is it my but hp/mana regen feels higher on Onyxia than on original vanilla WoW? maybe it feels somehow like in Wotlk im not sure, if I remember correctly in vanilla WoW I needed to eat/drink more

Where do you see my crying about challenge? its just simple question is HP/Mana Regen higher than in vanilla WoW because it feels like that and I'm not sure but I played last time 10 years ago so maybe its just a feeling if you cant answer simple questions why you even here?
