Latency issue

My latency have been high for few days now usually i have 60-70 ms but now i have around 300-400 ms i checked my network everything seems fine nothing is downloading in the background the ping is fine in other online games so idk whats the issue i need help.

I have a similar problem. I am from Latin America and I usually play between 120 and 130ms normally, but today it has not stopped going from 700 to 1200 or even 5500ms and I can't play comfortably. please help...
