Spirit items ICC

In ICC RAIDS Are Spirit items go to healers first by ms and only then to rdps or they are equal?
if mage rolls for haste +spirit cloak from saurfang for example,along with rdudu, and mage overrolls rdruid, will it be considered as ninja looting if cape is given to rdruid?(because spirit is mainly heal stat)?

Most of the raids the loot distribution priority is Bis->Ms->Os, the cloak is not the bis item of mage but the bis of druid. However, the item is usable for the mage so it depends on the loot master, it is not bannable related to my experience

Hit rating = dps stat.
Mana per second = healer stat.
Spirit goes both ways, warlocks, shadow priests, moonkins, and mages all get bonuses from it from talents or buffs, while generally not the best option it can still be an uppgrade, most healers wants almost only haste / crit items too at bis gear. Warmanes rules on the looting system is still, upgrade = upgrade. So yes dbw for retri paladins if they have a really bad trinket *eof hit rating thinket while being way overcapped on hit for example" or you could potentially risk getting a Ban as a master looter.
