If you want more resilience replace the PvE waist with Wrathful Gladiator's Girdle of Triumph, use 10str/10res as red and 20 res as yellow gems and replace 34 str with 34 res gems if you have JC.
Best profs for BG are JC+Eng
Best for arena are JC+BS
Best alternative to SM is Glorenzelg, High-Blade of the Silver Hand
Consider to get preg as OS and wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=50734 + Icecrown Glacial Wall
Preg performs usually better than ret in arena.
