Hello, as we all know in order to get essence with scroll of deception we need soulbond item. Equipping Twilight Cultist Mantle or Robe doesn't make these items soulbond. I figured that enchanting non soulbond item makes it one so I did, but outcome is the same. As You can see on screenshots shoulders are soulbond now, but scroll still doesn't see it that way. Pleas fix this issue because these shoulders are essential to my tmog idea, and it's the only item with that model. I even talked to GM about this, but he sent me here so I hope something will be done.

You tried to game the system and the system gamed you!
Having said that, I don't know why the soulbound restriction exists.

Im aware that it's not big issue for warmane, but can I at least get any response from GM, moderator or anyone in charge?

It exist so that you don't just simply buy an expensive BoE, copy it's visual appearance and finally put it back on auction house.
