Realms Little hate on game masters

Guys really i know you have many tickets everyday but it's hard to login into game 1 time per day and stand near auction house for like 5 minutes?

I report bots who spamming 24/7 "pls i need money for mount" EVERYDAY. 1 bot dissapear then next incoming.

I always reporting with images but 1 time reported without screenshot and response was "Please send screenshot"

Game Masters please, i know you have a lot of work but just login everyday near Orgrimmar/Stormwind AH and check for spamming bots. This bot on screen sitting there like 3 days spamming for gold and still no ban.

They asked for a screenshot because reports require screenshots. They don't want to go on goose chases between tickets. Also, posting names and/or screenshots related to a report on the forums is against our forum rules.
