    When is event going to start? Should have started already. Server time

    Mid-summer event is over. Secondary event has yet to start, but nothing. Does Warmane need a refresh for event NPC to appear?

    Is anyone else waiting for the secondary event to start? It seems the mid-summer event has ended, but the next one hasn't begun yet. Could a server refresh be needed for the event NPC to appear?
