Recently, I started playing on the server (about two days ago), and I played on one character where everything was working great.
I decided to play with friends, so we created new characters, played for a few hours, and then a bug happened to me where I didn't have any quests on the map, I have them attached to the side, and I see an exclamation mark above people, but there are no quests on the map.
I thought that the quests would reappear on the map if I abandoned them all, but nothing changed.
When I enter the map, "Show Quest Objectives" is checked, I tried to uncheck and check it, but the problem is still there, there are no quests.
I also tried to go with "/reload" and "/console ReloadUI", which also did not fix the problem.
I would appreciate it if someone could answer how to fix this problem, sorry if there are any grammatical errors.

I also encountered this issue. When I log in (or after a /reload) the quest markers are present. After a while they disappear. The "track quest" is checked and "show objective" is also checked. If I uncheck and check it again the quest markers don't appear.
This only happens on one character. A rogue. I was playing til lvl 21 and things were fine. I was progressing through the rogue poison quest in the Barrens when the bug started.
Also, on other characters when I uncheck the "Show objectives" it hides the quest list on the right of the map. On the rogue character, when I uncheck the "Show objectives", the list of quests on the right remains.
I deleted the Cache folder, it didn't help. I did not add any new addons.
