Has there been any polling or voting on TBC?

At least it would be nice if you gave us some sort of a launch announcement or something... Instead of making us post about it. I mean it's already July and it's been like months since people are asking about it
As if the current population is untenable, or that it's not bigger than most pservers?
No.
We didn't pick random numbers, or decide there was a specific set of time that the content can be enjoyed. We determined an easy to understand schedule with a set amount of time so that people would know how long they had to enjoy and/or wait. Disrupting those expectations is a bigger issue for us than rushing things for "waiting room" people.
Mentioning revenue isn't the best option for you here. I understand you might think the only things we care about are optics and money, but believe me when I say that is absolutely not the case.
That's an assumption. Maybe it has merit to it, but even so, being patient won't hurt them.
Selfish to whom? Selfish that the people still playing will be able to rely on the schedule we provided them when we launched the realm? See, that's kinda the thing about a professional approach to a content release. There's an expected standard that does not involve catering to the whims of a handful of people, or a single individual, complaining on the forum. You, or a handful of people, also do not compare to the several thousand that still play the Vanilla content. Nevermind the people who moved away, waiting on TBC, with an expectation of the approximate time at which it will be available. What's selfish is thinking your preference takes priority over the players who are currently enjoying what we had told them we'd provide.
