Cataclysm missing characters and coins and no compensation

I quit molten wow in 2015 when i got a girlfriend and had multiple mounts on a character on the cataclysm server when i came back everything was gone and i still had some coins left so i decided to play on icecrown .... My question is does anyone know what happend to the server and why are they so unwilling to offer recompensating for a lost chacter and 2 premium mounts on a donated account?

They did compensations to affected players. Thing is: you've dropped it for 9 years, where all possible time frames for that are long gone.
Real world has same policy, that refunds and such things are eligible only for period of time.

I never recieved anything like that the whole time ive been trying to either get a credit or some kind of compensation i would even take vote points. i really liked those mounts. if i they had offered a transfer to icecorwn or any other server i would have taken it. They dont believe me and are saying i deleted my own character

I didn't say that such things were mailed. Dunno how you could misinterpreted phrase that means "you are late".
If they say you've deleted your characters, it is most likely so, since they have data about your account. Anybody could log into it during 9 years.
Mounts that you've mentioned didn't even exist in WotLK.

P.S. I love all this posts filled with useless information about their life from users who did wrong things or are intentionally ignorant towards truth and refuse to accept it. Like guy before, who complaining he works outdoors under immense heat (nope).
