When u do the loremaster title u have to complete most of them, so ye. It's not "every quest" but most of them.

Yes, but you have to go horde, alliance, all race swaps, and all profession swaps to get it done. I have essentially done this on my main and I'm just under 5500 quests complete. Carbonite addon will help you achieve this if you're interested.

Somehow completing RDF counts as a completed quest and gives +1, try it yourself.

I have 4.5k+ quests completed and got Seeker title long ago without actually seeking it lol.

Even the daily quests counts as +1 first time you complete them, but there is huge difference between 4500 and 5500. I'm sitting at 2700 on my alt without touched EK/Kalimdor at all. But even then you won't be doing more than 1000 (at most) per each so yeah. your number is more realistic

That dude has 5500 because he is doing RDF since 2013.

RDF gives +1 regardless if it's first time or not.
