WotLK I can't refund an Emblems of Triumph item i just bought

Hey, i would like your help.
Like 10mins ago i bought the wrong item from Emblems of Triumph item vendor. I didn't put any gems or enchants to the item, i just wanted to refund it right back to get my emblems. But it showed me the message ''sorry, you can't refund this item'' or something like that, even tho it says in blue below the item that it can be refunded 2 hours after purchase.
Pls, i need a response back fast, thank you. :(

Bank it, take it from bank. Sell it then. Or equip and un-equip, then sell.
