Help with Pally Power

Hello,

When I use PallyPower as Holy, I want to set BoL (Blessing of Light) as a buff on the tank, but I can't find the option. I can only choose between BoW or BoM. (Note that I don't have BoK, so there is no option for it.)

Also, I can only assign BoW to Mage, Warlock, and Priest, while for Rogue and Warrior, I can only assign BoM. It doesn't let me assign BoW to a Warrior. (I know it doesn't make sense to put BoW on a Warrior, but it also doesn't let me put BoL anywhere either.)

It feels like there are preset assignments, and I can't put whichever buff I want on whoever I want. Is this how it's supposed to be, or am I missing something?

Currently, my main problem is that I can't cast BoW on the tank and have to watch it manually and recast it manually. These are the only two options I have when I scroll the mouse:

You need to go to Options and turn off Smart Buffs.
