ELVUI Not having options appear

I have both OptionsUI and the master ELvui - but typing /ec /elvui or evening presing ESC and trying that way - all ways pause the game for like a split second but no options window opens.

How do I fix this please!?

Same Here need help. both ELvUI was downloaded. but the ELVUI doesnt have any content on the option Menu.
