Technical Help me get my character unstuck

Hello,
I was playing a dungeon when we got wiped, while i started running to get back as a ghost I auto -run into a pit of lava and now im stuck and can't get back to my body or the angel. Can you help ne please?

Use unstuck under SERVICES here on site

Here on the website in the "My Account" tab there is another tab called Services, once inside, you have to select your kingdom and your character, then in one of the last boxes to fill in there is an option called, Coin Gifting but you have to change it to "Character Unstuck".
