WotLK Hunter trap launcher

Coming back after a long time to Wotlk, I realize there are quite a few things that I can't remember right.

Was the trap launcher available for hunters in WOLTK or not? If NO, then this is it, but if YES, how can I learn it?

No, it was added only in wotlk classic
