WotLK Cant change Ashen Verdict Reputation Ring

Hello. I have a problem: I've been trying to change the Ashen Verdict ring to another one for two days, but the dialog box with the npc doesn't let me get to the ring selection window. What could be the reason? I have 200 gold and exalted reputation.
I re-logged with a freshly downloaded game client and tried to log in to two different raid groups - the problem is the same.
If it matters, I'm saved for ICC 10-25 this week.
