I need help! I can not turn in the quest "Arrival in Outland" quest since I can not talk to Vlagga Freyfeather. When I right-click on Vlagga Freyfeather, nothing comes out. Even when I abandon the quest and right-click her again, nothing. I can't seem to talk to Vlagga Freyfeather. I tried logging out then logging in, restarting the game but still nothing. What should I do?
