    Block Experience for twinks (Onyxia)

    Hi, is it possible to Block experience by any method to promote low lvl battlegrounds twinks, etc.?

    There is an NPC in Valley of Honor (Orgrimmar) that can freeze your XP.

    Great but it would need rank to get in right?? A lvl19 would be hard to just freeze experience
