    Can GM reset or restore Quel'Delar (bh quest) sword

    I already bought a level 80 Naked character that Has done the Battered Hilt quest ,would GM's Restore it Via Ticket or can i talk to an npc and restore it like how it is with Shadow Edge quest ?
