When the TBC expansion came out. Some recipes were reduced in terms of the amount of materials needed to create them, these objects are like for example the Imperial Plate Bracers of Blacksmithing, where the cost of elaboration is 20 Thorium and at the time of release of TBC was reduced to 12 Thorium.
