RFD in TBC PTR

I can't seem to get a party for RFD in PTR, dungeoning / Raid is like the only thing i wish to do in this game.
Please join so we can iron out problems.

Btw i've found a bug or tooltip error (haven't tested) where tactical mastery on my warrior is showing as to retain 10 rage on the spell book's passive, even though i placed 3 points in talents to grab the 15 rage retainer.

Is there a place for me to post this?

Your best bet is to find people on the live realm to join you on the PTR for dungeons (a guild would help here).
