WotLK High ping unplayable

Hi since this morning i have a verry high ping, over 3k and i can't play at all but friends of mine don't have this trouble i inquire a bit and found out it only affect people playing from north africa region can u help plz

I hope the server manager will restart server so we north africa can playing we can't play everything stack and everything stop moving when we in to the game and ms 3k , this is happen this moring and right now
