Technical Sudden and short game freezes

I am not even sure if should I call them freezes, crashes, interruptions or anything else.

Point is, the game gets "frozen" for a second or two, fps goes down to 1 or even 0 and then back to 150-160 as usual. I tried to check if there are any programmes/applications that may cause that, but I did not find anything. The "system" process gets crazy busy (taking from 80 to 100% of the disk memory according to Task Manager) on my laptop though.

12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-128700H
32GB RAM (SODIMM)
Lexar SSD NM610PRO 2TB
dGPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU

Game settings - basically all ultra (custom)

Antivirus - Avast

I had the same issue a while back, and it was an issue with some addons. I just disabled them all, and then enabled them one at a time.
