Lordaeron My soul is dead

I died in the open world and then I was called to Wintergrasp. There I died again and ended up near the soul healer, but my soul is displayed dead and I can't move and can't be resurrected

Could you please help me with this situation?
In-game ticket created 24 hours ago, but still no response. The character has become completely unplayable

From the website go into
My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free*>Character Unstuck
It's free.
