WotLK Patch level and item database

I'm trying to use Wowhead to find equipment and design a character build. But I have a question about Warmane - it runs on patch level 3.3.5 correct? I'm looking at the WotLK database in Wowhead and it says all this stuff like Saronite and Titansteel items were introduced in patch level 3.4.0. So are all these missing from Wowhead's servers?

But I swear I've seen people in global chat wanting to buy Saronite bars. But Wowhead says Saronite bars are a patch level 3.4.0 item:

Is this Wowhead wrong? or does Warmane have patch 3.4.0 stuff even though it's running on a patch level 3.3.5 client?

Can I find all the WotLK items in the Wowhead database on the Lordaeron server, or will there be certain items missing from Warmane's servers?

Saronite bars are orignially added in 3.0.2 patch. Patch 3.4.0 has all the items that 3.3.5 patch has, not other way around.

Good. So everything in the WotLK database in Wowhead should be in game?

Wowhead must have the data wrong for when the item was introduced. I wonder if it has all Wrath items listed as 3.4.0?
