getting muted for no reason

hello everyone. i have this problem with the chat. as soon as i log on, i jest keep getting muted for no reason. i mean i dodnt enev say anything and i get this message saying You must wait 55 seconds befor speak again.. why? and it goes like a few times in a row. does any1 have a clue on how can i fix it? or its an addon maybe? Thank you
