Can't connect to Frostwolf/ Can't download the warmane MOP game

Hello mates, I've been trying today to download the MOP version of Warmane, and the torrent never starts to download, I'm using BitTorrent. Also, I tried to connect to the MOP Warmane server through another MOP I have from another server, and I cannot connect to the server, there is an error always prompting when I attempt to put my username and password, but the error is always the same: "You have been disconnected from server".

I also tried to check the status of the server in Warmane and there is no information in the information tab. Is the server down or something? Also, does anyone have a link to the full MOP Warmane version so I can at least download the Warmane version? Thanks in advance, best regards!

Hello again, i think i know what the problem could be. When I was changing the realmlist in the other game I have from another server I have compared the confing.wtf and I saw that there is a parameter missing:

For the other server this parameter is present and when it is present it works and allows me to connect to the server:

Does anyone know the SET portal parameter for Warmane? Maybe if I try with the Warmane parameter I’m available to connect. Cheers

The portal and realmlist should be logon.warmane.com

I've also removed references to the other server from your post because it's against our forum rules.

I downloaded the Bit Torrent but the torrent is not downloading, so I was wondering if someone could help point me in the right direction to get it to work. Would really appreciate it!

Thanks! New player here (never played WOW before). I managed to download Mists via the torrent but also had trouble logging in. For anyone else trying to get it to work, the config.wtf is inside the game directory, within the 'WTF' subdirectory.

I'm in the USA, and the SET realmlist was showing " logon.warmane.(somewhere else)"
I didn't see a SET portal line so in the end I modifed SET realmlist line and added a SET portal line, ending with this:
SET realmlist "logon.warmane.com"
SET portal "logon.warmane.com"

Resaved and relaunched the game and was able to log right in. Thanks everyone!

The irony of it all is I then realized most players seem to be on the LK side so I will be starting off there so I can start at level 1 and learn the game. :)

in the file "config"
U have to remove:
SET realmlist "logon.warmane.ru"

and put
SET realmlist "logon.warmane.com"
