Technical Problems logging into the game.

After waiting for your turn, the first problem begins. It takes a very long time to load characters. Or even hangs on this moment. You have to click cancel and select the icecrown server again.
If you manage to load the characters, then the following problem appears. The download bar reaches the end and freezes again for about 3 minutes. After that, there are two possible events: 1) Disconnection. 2) Still enters the game with a very large ping and crashes out of it.

That's an issue on your end. Either incompatible hardware (out dated drivers or hardware/software). Server can't help you fix issues on your end.
