What does Coren Direbrew drop from himself? I've done like 50 runs and all I've got are the different trinkets and the quest item Direbrew's Dire Brew. Does the weapons, mounts and Direbrew's Remote drop from the Keg-shaped treasure chest?

That is correct. Coren only drops trinkets.
