chat filter to mute messages with certain words

there was an addon posted somewhere on warmane a while ago which did this but it broke chat

this is a fixed and trimmed down version. super light, super easy to modify. just type /cf or /chatfilter and it tells you what to do

/cf toggle
> turns it on / off

/cf words
> shows you what words are muted

/cf add [word]
> adds a word to be muted

/cf remove [word]
> removes the word from the list of muted words

/cf clear
> clears the list of muted words
