The situation is the following: I have an account that I haven't used for about 2 years, and I have a donated warrior on it, but I haven't used it for so long that I don't remember the password, and I can only vaguely remember the account name. I tried to reset it, but the website gives me an error when I request the account name and password to be sent to my email; it's not working. I really want to get my warrior back because I paid money for that item. Everything else is basic, but the weapon is strong, and the name is also important to me, which is why I'm holding on to it.
