Realms banning people who dodge ignores and keep making new chars

i've noticed that when you report someone who dodges ignores by making new chars on an alt account and spamming you with a cesspool of messages everyday, that usually their alt account who is filled with lvl 1s that get banned.

can this please be changed to where their actual main account who gets punished since there is no reason to ban their freshly made account filled with lvl 1s, or both accounts get punished?

I can confirm that the main account eventually receives a ban for ignore list dodging. Definitely open a ticket explaining the whole situation along with the names of past characters you've reported.

For example there is this guy:

He is one of many.

He's been reported by the player in the pictures above, by me, and one my guildies (possibly a lot more) and he only got his spam account that's filled with lvl 1s banned.

Can you do something about it now please?

None of the forum staff can handle in-game issues and posting it here just leads to witch hunts among the players so we don't allow reports or their content on public threads. In this case I have forwarded it and it'll be looked into shortly but in the future I would avoid posting anything that could identify someone and imply they're breaking rules. The same goes for anyone reading this. The other moderators and myself probably won't be that nice about it in the future.
